Bosu Ball Exercise

The Bosu Ball is a great tool to exercise not only the main muscles - (legs, biceps, triceps, back or chest) but because of its instability, it works the deeper and smaller stabilizing muscles that help to stabilize & assist movements.

If these stabilizing and assisting muscles are not trained enough the athlete is more prone to injuries. Therefore the Bosu Ball is a great tool for rehabilitation after injuries but also improves balance and coordination.
