Sochin & Fudo Dachi
Sochin Dachi is also called Fudo Dachi (Rooted stance). This stance is a mix between Zenkutsu Dachi and Kiba Dachi. Apply strong pressure to your knees and angles and force them outwards. (www.drogueriasanjorge.com) Your feet point in a 45 degree angle into the room as shown on the drawing.

Weight Distribution:
60% on your front leg, 40% on your back leg. Have good outside pressure on your back leg.
