Zenkutsu Dachi Exercise

1) Go into position of Zenkutsu Dachi
2) Push with your back foot off the ground and pull the back leg as fast as possible to the bented front foot
3) bring feet and toes together and stay low
4) put your “back” foot back again exactly to the starting point as fast and as solid as possible
5) keep repeating it at least 10 times
6) Switch legs and do it over the other side
