ABOUT MY KARATE

I began training in 2002 with Sensei Marlon Moore. At the time I thought Karate looked easy. Little did I know how difficult it really is. The challenge of trying to learn and master the techniques is a big part of why I love this art. I have learned so much about myself on this journey, my strengths and my weaknesses. I love that my physical fitness is constantly improving. For me, Karate is not only a sport, but a lifestyle. Everything I learn inside the dojo I can somehow use in my daily living. It has given me a confidence and mental stamina that I otherwise would lack.
