Kata Unsu

Description: Hands in the Clouds. This is a Kata that requires quickness. It challenges the practitioner with its rhythm, change of directions, fast and slow techniques, kicks, sliding and feints and its jump. This Kata requires many skills and therefore is one of the most challenging Katas in the Shotokan system.
