Medicine Ball Exercises

The medicine ball is a great tool and should be part of your workout. It allows the athlete not only to train the kinetic chain three dimensionally throughout all planes of motion (saggital, frontal and transverse,) but can also be used for warm up, conditioning, explosive movement training, range of motion and/or core training. It is also an inexpensive and great tool in the dojo to keep kids’ classes interesting, exiting, challenging and fun.
