Stretch-band Exercises

Exercises with the stretch band (stretch band, & tubing) can be very valuable in your training. They can help to exercise certain movement patterns and stability. They are tools for corrective exercise techniques and also resistance training. They are very inexpensive, portable and can be used in many ways.

Another big advantage is that the resistance increases as you pull. This gives you the same benefits as using weights but without the strain and momentum that weights would create.
